Cancellation rights<\/h2>\n

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered, in the original packaging and unused. You will need to contact us by e-mail or telephone to inform us of your intention to return an item.<\/p>\n

Availability<\/h2>\n

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible either by telephone or by e-mail, if the goods you have ordered are not available.<\/p>\n

Accuracy of content<\/h2>\n

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Binding Box disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Returns and Refunds<\/h2>\n

After you have received your goods, you can return any item (except fluids) to us for a refund or exchange, provided you have the delivery document or other proof of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
