The Trimfast Vertical Multi Substrate Cutters are revolutionary vertical cutters that offer a high degree of performance and accuracy. These A Frame cutters are designed to cut cleanly and accurately, without dust or noise, a host of various substrates as standard including, Foam Board (13 mm), PVC (13 mm) and Corrugated Card and Plastic (13 mm). The Trimfast A Frame can also cut Score Acrylic using optional tooling as well as cut up to 4 mm Aluminium Composite 4 mm MDF and a 1.6 mm Aluminium Panel, again with optional tools. Integrated clamp and Laser Sight Line ensures absolute accuracy through even the toughest materials. An ideal solution for Sign Makers, Graphic Companies, Design Studios and Print Companies offering Wide Format finished solutions.

Fully manufactured in the UK also makes the Trimfast A Frame cutters a truly affordable finishing solution for any sign making or graphic business. Available in 3 different sizes to suit, 1,650 mm (65 inch), 2,100 mm (83 inch) and 2,500 mm (98 inch). All three systems can also be extended in width to 2,750 mm (108 inch) with the optional extension arm.

The Trimfast A Frame is designed to cut cleanly and accurately, without dust or noise. Featuring interchangeable tool cartridges which can be changed in under 10 seconds, you will need to buy the tools you need. The integrated clamp and laser sight line ensures you have complete accuracy before you even start your cut, thus removing the chance of error. Repeat cuts for production runs are made quick and accurate with the 2 production stops and with the built-in counterbalance, hands are left free for loading material and causing less operator fatigue. The A Frame also includes end caps on each of the support beams as an added safety feature.
