This system is an exceptional fusion between the Duplo DC445 Creaser and the DBM 150T, both of which are capable of independent running. This cutting-edge combination offers creasing, slitting, folding and trimming in one pass with full bleed and crease function, you can also add the ASM350 squareback for the ultimate in finishing quality. It is designed for the digital printer who wants simple, accurate and professional print finishing. The 150CR Booklet Maker requires little operator training with easy to follow instructions and incorporates Green Button technology features.

The 150Cr Booklet Maker is designed for the digital printer who wants simple, accurate and professional finishing. The system helps increase production significantly by creasing, slitting, folding and trimming in one pass without the need for guillotining. The workflow is continuous therefore enabling print integrity. The 150CR Booklet Maker incorporates the Digital Colour Media Kit which vastly reduces static, together with ultra-sonic sensor which detects air gaps between two sheets when a double feed occurs. This accelerates the process which is vital to on-demand printing.

The 150Cr is really simple to use and can be setup in a matter of minutes via the intuitive state of the art control panel. The operator can setup in four simple steps with very little training or product expertise required.

The ability to finish full bleed work also ensures productivity is kept to a high level whilst make ready it kept to a minimum. The integrated DC445 can also be used as a stand-alone creaser making the 150Cr extremely versatile and a central part to any print production setup. The DBM150T section can also be hand fed, this is ideal for short volumes of books that require remaking after additions.

The 150Cr can also be used to Crease and Fold by simply switching off the staple option you can quickly and efficiently produce greeting cards, menus and high quality leaflets.
