The MaxMec bander offers a high-speed compact and easy to use desktop paper or pp tape banding machine which is perfect for the print and packaging sectors. Designed to band any shape from 30 x 50 mm to 380 x 200 mm the MaxMec bander is the perfect solution to securely band together business cards, leaflets, information sheets, booklets, printed documents, bank notes, plastic bottles, food packaging in fact anything that requires secure transport or quick packaging.

Because the bander uses paper or pp tape to securely hold the materials together but does not bond the tape to the materials it is a secure way to transport goods without the need for a box. Commonly used across a host of industry sectors from print to packaging to food industries, banding machines are the quickest and easiest way to package up your goods.

Fully adjustable banding tension from light to heavy ensures even the most delicate stock or items can be banded securely without damage. As banding machines create a bond to the paper or tape and not the product itself it can be used in virtually any environment.

Instantly bands up any shape or dimension of product from 30 x 50 mm to 380 x 200 mm and all done in under 3 seconds per package. No special skills or setup required, just place the document to be banded on the centre of the table and over the sensor, hit the pedal and the system automatically bands and bonds the tape around your product. Alternatively, you can run the system in automatic mode which activates the banding process once the sensor is covered further speeding up the process.

An easy to read LCD display shows the settings on the machine and reel changeover can be done in seconds without any tools. The MaxMec bander can be left idle until you need it as it will activate sleep mode and instantly re-activate on demand.

Options include a high volume reel holder which also acts as a stand, designed for high capacity users and offers the ability to house a 3,000 metre reel of tape, minimises stoppages for tape changes and increases throughput.
