Cancellation rights

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods. You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered, in the original packaging and unused. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. You will need to contact us by e-mail or telephone to inform us of your intention to return an item.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible either by telephone or by e-mail if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Accuracy of content

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Finishing Point Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. The Finishing Point shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Returns and Refunds

After you have received your goods, you can return any item (except Machine parts and fluids) to us for a refund or exchange, provided you have the delivery document or other proof of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please note that all returned items will incur a 20% restocking charge (unless returned due to fault or damage).


In most cases, goods will be dispatched on the same day or next day following order receipt. The customer can expect to take delivery of goods within 24- 48 hours of ordering. Some large items of equipment can take up to 10 days.  If you need an item urgently please call to clarify delivery times.  For consumables, we advise ordering before 3pm if you would like next day delivery.

Some items in the larger Creaser and Rotatrim ranges are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. If any item is required urgently we would advise customers to contact the Sales office on 01925 418222

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and some areas of Wales may incur additional charges and can take up to 7 working days.  Please call the sales office for further details 01925 418222

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary from £0-£65.00 on average. Large items that have to be delivered on a pallet will carry a minimum £50.00 delivery charge. Please see the individual item for delivery costs or call for details.
