About Maxmec Auto Strapper (Automatic)

The MaxMec range of packaging machines are a new range offered exclusively in the UK by The Finishing Point Ltd.
Our fully automatic strapping machine quickly secures outgoing shipments and is ideally suited for regular, every-day use where products/packages being strapped can vary in shape and weight and may require on or more straps. This solution is also perfect for bundling multiple items together to lower shipping costs.
Unlike the smaller and more compact Mini Strapper the Auto Strapper automatically feeds the Polypropylene Strap around the parcel utilising the arch design and speeding up operation significantly. The Auto then cuts and heat welds the polypropylene strapping tape to offer a secure strap around your parcel. The operator adjusts the strapping tension manually to prevent damage on softer packages and to better protect larger products.
Only 600 mm deep and just under 1.5 metres wide on mobile casters, this fully automated solution is still small enough to be manoeuvred into tight spaces and is robust enough for use in general packaging or the harsh conditions of the food and graphic arts industries.
