About Fujipla ALM3222 Auto Laminator

The ALM3222 Al-Meister Fully Automatic Laminator, manufactured by Fujipla, is a brand new version, of the original and highly successful Al-Meister 3220. With the addition of new heated rollers replacing the old heated shoes the ALM3222 offers even higher levels of laminating quality on digital prints. The ALM3222 has also had an increase in productivity by over 70% with processing speeds now up to 1.8 meters per minute.
The ALM3222 features the same advanced automatic laminating technology as the other Fujipla Systems. Laminate with extremely resilient glossy or matt film finishes that resist water damage, scuffing and protects its contents from ultra violet light damage. The Al-Meister 3322 will automatically feed, laminate and trim in a wide variety of digital sheet sizes up to SRA3 with the added benefit of long mode which allows the system to laminate virtually any sheet length.

The Automated Feed technology ensures each sheet is fed perfectly whilst the built in cutter automatically measures the length of sheet being fed and trims both the front and back edge, either flush or with a small border. The ALM 3222 also trims both left and right edges automatically, thus trimming all 4 sides automatically and leaving a finished laminated product on the output tray. As with the front and rear edge trimming the side edge can be set to leave a small encapsulated border or trim flush to the sheet edge, in effect double sided lamination in an automatic setup.
The Fujipla ALM 3222 basically takes all the time and effort out of lamination, quick, silent and accurate with zero film waste.
