The GMP Pro-Topic 540 Duplex POD Laminator are B2 Semi Automated single and double (Duplex) sided pneumatically controlled digital laminating machines that are built on the same platform as the smaller Q-Topic 380 Duplex.
The Pro-Topic 540 is designed to offer an in-house single and double sided laminating solution for Short to Medium and Medium to Long Run volumes for on demand digital applications as well as the more traditional lithographic outputs and for up to B2 sheet sizes.
The system incorporates the latest in pneumatics and combines the benefits of GMP’s belt fed table with their magic eye gate control for quick and accurate sheet overlap. The in-built perforating device located both before and after the laminating process guarantees a reliable burst action and ensures each sheet arrives on the delivery table ready to guillotine and laminated perfectly in either a single or double sided finish.
The Pro-Topic 540 Duplex also offers the latest Sleeking and Foiling applications to be produced right out of the box, no special add ons or costly aftermarket bolt ons required, unpack, setup and you are ready to go. Designed from the ground up to offer the latest technology for the POD markets and incorporates a built in re-winder enabling holographic images, foils and gloss or matt spot lamination to be performed without any special skills or tools.
