About GMP Q-Topic 380 Auto Digital Laminating Machines (Pneumatic)

The GMP Q-Topic 380 AUTO POD digital laminating machines are a Fully Automatic Single Side Pneumatically Controlled Laminating solution built on to the same platform as the standard Q-Topic 380. The automation is created by housing a suction fed and fully adjustable PRO Mini feeder on to the front of the machine. Totally automated feeding is possible at speeds up to 10 Metres per Minute and for sheet sizes up to SRA3 (max 380 x 500mm). The pile feeder can hold up to 350 mm of material meaning you can load, press go and walk away, True Automation!
The Q-Topic 380 Auto is designed to offer an in-house laminating solution for Short to Medium Run lengths, on demand digital applications as well as the more traditional litho outputs.
The system incorporates the latest in pneumatics and combines the benefits of GMP’s PRO AUTO Feed system with their magic eye gate control for quick and accurate sheet overlap. The in-built perforating device and auto bursting unit ensures each sheet arrives on the delivery table ready to guillotine and laminated perfectly.
The Q-Topic also has the ability to Sleek/Foil direct from the box, the built in re-winder enables holographic images, foils and spot lamination in both gloss and matt to be applied to your sheet without any special skills or tools. The foils are also over printable so you can create metallic finishes on images and text as well as produce high end cards for wedding stationery, invites, tickets, business cards and a whole host of other prints.
