The Multi-Card Elite is currently the BEST SELLING Slit, Cut & Crease machine in the United States and Canada, it is also fast becoming the go to machine in Europe!
Offering a very high speed, flexible and modular Slit, Cut, Crease & Perforating solution (Two Pressure Adjustable Linear Perforating Heads) which is the perfect finishing solution for the short run and commercial on demand digital printer.
Do not be fooled by the compact design, this all in one finisher can process up to 10 slits (6 programmable, 4 optional), 32 cuts, 32 creases as well as a unique ability to interchange different crease rule matrix tools ranging from 0.6 to 1.4 mm with a 1.0 mm rule coming as standard. Further to this the interchangeable crease rule matrix can also be removed and replaced with a dedicated cross perforation tool which can be fitted with an 8, 12, 24 or 56 TPi blade for ultimate flexibility and a programmable cross punch perforation capability.
Incorporating a large 230 mm Colour Touch Screen with dedicated Job Creation software built in as standard removes the need for a costly PC Controller, keyboard and mouse. All functions on the Multi-Card are fully automated with instant job changeovers and a 64 job memory function as well as a further 30 function factory pre-load for standard applications. The Multi-Card SCC Elite can finish a huge array of full bleed digital applications. Ideal for the production of greeting cards, invitations, brochures, book covers, photos and business cards as well as more complicated jobs such as tear off coupons, special offer vouchers and tickets.

This powerful, intuitive display which comes as standard with Job Creation Software allows for instant setup via two input modes or by instant memory recall. The screen is extremely easy to follow with colour coded display for crease, cut, slit and perforation positions which allows virtually any operator to work the machine without the need for dedicated or specialist operators, ideal for companies with limited staff within one department. An integrated waste collection bin keeps the operation area tidy while the 100 mm capacity feeder allows unattended operation meaning one operator can often work two or more machines simultaneously.

The tool belt allows you to input up to 10 slits (6 programmable), 4 linear perforations, 4 linear Skip/Stop Perforations which can be programmed via the touch screen to start and stop up to 8 times on each sheet without slowing the machine down, 4 kiss cut lines or full length linear score/crease which is ideal for tall menu's which other machinery cannot offer.
The uniquely designed slitting knives assembly allows for easy operator access without the need for any special tools or engineering skills. The slit heads can be simply split whilst still in position on the motorised shaft which allows for instant and easy access to the blades, ideal for cleaning or removing paper strips which is a common problem on other machinery brands. The slitting knives can also be removed very easily by the operator which allows for in house maintenance and reduces downtime waiting for an engineer to attend to simply remove a jammed slit head or replace a blade.
