This mid volume calendar making solution which is capable of punching and binding up to landscape A3 is ideal for creating calendars using the latest high quality digital paper stocks.
Consisting of the Renz Punch 500 with a split 3:1 die setup which contains a dis-engageable Calendar Thumb-Cut Punch perfectly partnered with the Renz ECL500 electric closer. As with all our calendar kits this comes with 100 white size 4 binding wires and 100 white 76 mm calendar hangers, it is the perfect package for those looking to produce the very highest quality calendars on the latest digital materials and heavy card stocks.

The Punch 500 offers an ultra-heavy-duty desktop punching machine (there is an optional heavy steel stand) combined with a Quick Size Adjustment (QSA) split punch tool capable of punching up to 4 mm of paper in one go. The punch tool is also unique to the Renz P500 as it offers both standard 3:1 punching combined with a dis-engageable calendar thumb-cut punch on one tool. A powerful 3 phase motor takes care of the punching capacity for ultimate reliability in use.
The ECL500 is the perfect companion to the P500 offering the same 500 mm binding width and ideal for up to A3 landscape calendars. The separate machines are ran individually allowing multiple operators during busy periods.
